- Drink clear four ounces of apple juice (to keep your sugar level up) with sedation medications the day of the appointment.
- Do not eat anything six hours prior to your appointment. If appointment is in the afternoon, you may have a light breakfast but do not eat six hours prior to your procedure.
- You may drink water anytime but stop water intake 90 minutes prior to your appointment.
- No alcohol the day before or the day of the appointment.
- You will need to be driven to and from your appointment. Please be aware that you must you’re your driver – we will not release you to a taxi service (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.).
- Please use the restroom upon arrival and leave all personal belongings with your driver.
