Our office accepts all PPO insurance plans. However, insurance claims can be confusing, and we suggest that you contact your provider and our office at (469) 362-3150 prior to your visit to confirm your dental insurance coverage and make sure that you have a PPO plan. Our team is also happy to help you file your claim and will work with you to find ways to maximize your coverage. If you are not paying with insurance, or if you need to make a co-pay or pay for expenses that are not covered, our office accepts:

- Checks – Your check must clear prior to the start of treatment
